Hi,

You can use the LicenseUpgrate tool for this action, you need to get the "Hardware Key ID String" information and send it to your vendor.

The information is like this:

CT ADE Serial Number - UAS-21506
CustomerID - 0
Cust Serial Number - Default (7874548192)

That is valid for CT ADE 10.
