Hi,
I'm using CT-ADE to develop a dialer that calls people and ask them for a response. Is there any way to detect that the user is in another call when I'm trying to call him? (that means is there any way to detect a call waiting?) Thanks, Netanel |

You can use either trunk state or PCPA to detect the line state, but this will tell you things like "busy" or "no answer". I suspect that call waiting will return the same as no answer, but you can test this. Search your help file for "trunkgetstate" and "PCPA"
